We expose this theory on the basis of various journalistic inquiries that have analyzed it but associating it with the similar revelations of a high-ranking Italian military intelligence officer who became famous for having revealed all the secrets of Gladio and of a former Mossad agent, the counterintelligence of Jerusalem.
Gladio, as will be remembered, is the Anglo-American Stay Behind project started in Italy by a 007 and military Deep State and aimed at guaranteeing a coup d’état prompt intervention in the event that Rome falls into the hands of the Communists with a possible subsequent attempt to invasion by the Soviet Union. It is suspected that the British conspirators of Stay Behind also played an important role in the kidnapping and killing of statesman Aldo Moro, intent on forging political alliances between his Christian Democracy and the Communist Party.

THE WEAK RETORICAL OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE
“The Republic feels the permanent expression of solidarity and the commitment to a more complete reconstruction of the facts as an imperative duty”, concluded the Head of State with bolsa rhetorical emphasis. In fact, it should be remembered that Mattarella himself, before becoming President of the Republic in 2015 amid the controversy over his involvement in the Tangentopoli of Palermo, from 21 December 1998 to June 2001, was the first Vice President of the Council of Ministers with responsibility for the secret services (D’Alema Government) and then Minister of Defense (Amato Government), therefore he found himself in the button rooms of two Dicasteries in which disturbing relations have been buried for decades and in which misdirections were perpetrated on the dynamics of the massacre orchestrated by generals of the Air Force. One of the key issues that prevented an adequate reconstruction of the facts was in fact the disappearance of the radar tape recordings of various military control towers.
After 41 years, therefore, a true Head of State should not present himself to the media with an obvious “feeling of closeness” to the relatives of the victims but with some truth, as his position makes him president of the Supreme Defense Council and therefore commander of all the Armed Forces. Furthermore, Mattarella, as Minister of Defense, on 16 October 2000 received the title of Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire, confirming his close collaboration with the United Kingdom developed by Italy, starting from 27 July 2000, with other European countries in the Farnborough agreement for the progressive restructuring and integration of the European defense industry (ratified in 2003), and culminating in the profitable business of the Arms Lobby with Libya, Turkey, Qatar and Great Britain strengthened during the civil war in Tripoli .
The Ustica plane crash occurred on June 27, 1980, at 8:59 pm. At that time the Itavia Bologna-Palermo flight loses radio contact with the Rome Ciampino airport. On board it carried 81 people, including 13 children, but only the bodies of 39 passengers will be recovered after the discovery of the remains of the fuselage, sunk off the island of Ustica. From the various criminal and civil judicial proceedings no univocal version emerged but the most accredited hypothesis was that of the involvement of the plane in a military confrontation involving France, Libya and the United States. The DC-9 in fact would have found itself in the trajectory of a missile during a firefight, and was hit by it.
The thesis of the French missile, launched against a Libyan plane carrying Gaddafi, was supported by the former President of the Republic Francesco Cossiga, prime minister at the time but found no official confirmation. A similar thesis is at the basis of the civil judgment of the Court of Appeal of Palermo which ordered the compensation of relatives of the victims confirmed in the Supreme Court in the midst of a legal battle over the figures undertaken by the State Attorney on behalf of the Ministries involved which made the story is even more shameful.
THE RADAR TRACKS ON THE AIR ATTACK DISAPPEARED
The book by the Italian historian Cora Ranci, who carried out her degree thesis on the massacre, has recently confirmed the missile thesis. The author of the book then adds: «I would like to remind you that the investigation is still open at the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office. A complete truth is still missing because we don’t know who is responsible. The only hypothesis that emerges strongly from the entire judicial process as a credible explanation for what happened is the thesis of the missile and the military interception operation. This is also the hypothesis of the last expert body which also worked on data made available by NATO in 1996: radar information that until then had remained covered by military secrecy which allowed to confirm this version of the facts. So our civilian aircraft ended up involved in an air attack but the nationality of these aircraft is not known».
USTICA MASSACRE: THE NATO SHADES ON US – FRENCH AIR FIGHTERS
As confirmed by the newspaper New Sardinia «in October 1997, the then Secretary General of NATO, Javier Solana, had handed over to our government a documentation which spoke of twelve American and British fighters flying that tragic night. But Solana failed to report four other fighter jets.
