BREAKING! A Contagious MonkeyPox Genome Assembled AGAIN in Wuhan Institute of Virology before the Outbreak! Plot or False-Flag?

The coincidence is so sensational and macroscopic that it seems artfully constructed and therefore we will try in the next few days to understand if there really could be some causal link or if it is not a sort of bacteriological “false flag”: a misdirection to further blame China of a laboratory virus.
While in Italy the Spallanzani National Center for Infectious Diseases reports 2 other cases that lead to 5 infected with Monkey PoX Virus and in the rest of the world the WHO sees the psychological threshold (but not alarming for now) of 100 cases, the first suspicions arrive from India which once again put the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in the eye of the storm.
The investigative media GreatGameIndia has in fact reported some dangerous experiments on MPXV (technical acronyms of the virus) conducted in recent months just in the notorious infectious disease research center of the city where the first SARS-Cov-2 outbreak occurred.
Precisely because in 52 investigations entitled WuhanGates (of which only 48 already translated in English) we highlighted the central role of WIV in the construction of the pathogen of the Covid-19 pandemic, we carefully report this research.
At the same time we are well aware of the even more decisive role in the manipulation of artificial SARS-Cov-2 played by the Pentagon, the US Department of Defense, with the Moderna Big Pharma, thanks to funding byAnthony Fauci and Bill Gates.
Since this would have happened also thanks to the coverage of the CIA counter-espionage in the experiments on the research centers of Ukraine and Georgia such as the Richard Lugar Center in Tbilisi, we fear that it could be another NATO “false flag” media maneuver against China, the technique recently used in Ukraine (Mariupol and Bucha) to accuse the Russian army of war crimes perpetrated instead on purpose by the Nazis of the Azov Battalion in the service of the Kiev regime.
Furthermore, in recent days, a Russian lawmaker delegated to investigate bio-laboratories run by the Pentagon in Ukraine denounced that aggressive experiments were also conducted on the smallpox virus.
For now, let’s analyze the facts in an aseptic way. The specialized journal Virologica Sinica on 10 August 2021 received a study to evaluate the publication, accepted after revision on 23 February 2022, put online on the 28 of the same month and then republished also by Science Direct under the title “Efficient assembly of a large fragment of monkeypox virus genome as a qPCR template using dual-selection based “.
It is an extremely sophisticated experiment, even more complex than the biochemical “cut-sew” of DNA with CAS-Crisp9 thanks to which the Chinese twins were born altered gene heritage, based on the TAR technique, from the English acronym of “transformation-associated recombination”. In a nutshell it is an experiment in the construction of a new viral genome in the laboratory with a double manipulation of recombination-transformation of the pathogen that was carried out on the MPXV.
It was created by Lei Yang, Lingqian Tian, Leshan Li, Qiuhong Liu, Xiang Guo, Yuan Zhou Rongjuan Pei, Xinwen Chen and Yun Wang who all work at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Center for Biosafety Mega-Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences and some at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.
To be precise, we also publish the abstract although it is really complicated to decipher even for those who, like Gospa News, have read, analyzed and published about 200 scientific journal studies related to SARS-Cov-2 or anti-Covid gene sera since March 2020.
A SYNTHETIC GENOME CREATED WITH THE MONKEY POOL
«Transformation-associated recombination (TAR) has been widely used to assemble large DNA constructs. One of the significant obstacles hindering assembly efficiency is the presence of error-prone DNA repair pathways in yeast, which results in vector backbone recircularization or illegitimate recombination products» the scientists wrote.
«To increase TAR assembly efficiency, we prepared a dual-selective TAR vector, pGFCS, by adding a PADH1-URA3 cassette to a previously described yeast-bacteria shuttle vector, pGF, harboring a PHIS3–HIS3 cassette as a positive selection marker. This new cassette works as a negative selection marker to ensure that yeast harboring a recircularized vector cannot propagate in the presence of 5-fluoroorotic acid. To prevent pGFCS bearing ura3 from recombining with endogenous ura3-52 in the yeast genome, a highly transformable Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, VL6-48B, was prepared by chromosomal substitution of ura3-52 with a transgene conferring resistance to blasticidin».
The language is from expert biochemists but it is easy to understand that it is an artificial virological manipulation.
«A 55-kb genomic fragment of monkeypox virus encompassing primary detection targets for quantitative PCR was assembled by TAR using pGFCS in VL6-48B. The pGFCS-mediated TAR assembly showed a zero rate of vector recircularization and an average correct assembly yield of 79% indicating that the dual-selection strategy provides an efficient approach to optimizing TAR assembly».
In the discussion of the research scientists are even more precise in relation to the method that indicates the points of insertion of the chemical changes: «The 5′-end terminus (1–55543 bp) of the MPXV strain Congo_2003_358 (GenBank accession DQ011154.1) genome was chemically synthesized. The synthesized viral genomic DNA includes four continuous segments. Each viral segment was approximately 15 kb in length (Fig. 3A), with 100 bp of overlap between adjacent segments».
“The Wuhan Institute of Virology has built a genome of the monkeypox virus, allowing the virus to be detected by PCR tests, using a technology that scientists have warned could lead to the creation of a ‘contagious pathogen'”, GreatGameIndia notes.
UPDATE ON INFECTIONS IN THE WORLD
The epidemic is described as of May 21 with 92 cases confirmed by laboratory tests and 28 suspected cases with ongoing investigations. The geographic distribution of confirmed and suspected cases of Monkeypox covers three regions: Oceania, Europe, America. There are cases in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States of America.
‘Monkeypox, the so-called monkeypox, is a rare viral infectious disease caused by the poxvirus, a virus of the genus Orthopoxvirus and of the family Poxviridae. In the light of an epidemic that broke out in the Congo in 1997, subsequent epidemiological studies confirmed that the virus can also be transmitted to humans and that human-to-human transmission is possible. The disease is therefore a viral zoonosis, ie a virus transmitted to humans by animals. The virus is capable of infecting different species. The first human case of Monkeypox was identified in a child in the Congo in 1970.
The Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) of Rome, in a note dated 19 May 2022, reports that the pathogen responsible for the disease belongs to the same family as human smallpox, but has a lower diffusivity and severity. Infection is also relatively infrequent in humans and outside Africa. So far it has affected humans sporadically, especially in remote villages of Congo and Sudan in small self-limiting outbreaks.
