BREAKING: mRNA Shots Induce Cancer-Linked Bone Marrow Reprogramming Within Weeks altering Metabolic Pathways in Leukemia

by Fabio Giuseppe Carlo Carisio
«This preliminary study identified altered metabolic pathways in leukemia bone marrow and suggests metabolomic differences associated with BNT162b2 vaccination».
This is the conclusion of the study whose first signatory is Batuhan Erdoğdu of Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Hematology, Ankara, Turkiye, in reference to the Covid Comirnaty vaccine produced by Pfizer-Biontech.
The great and commendable medical researcher Nicolas Hulscher reports from the substack Focal Points – Courageous Discourse of the McCullough Foundation a very important study just published in the PubMED medical research library managed by the US Government.
The new paper once again concerns the serious forms of turbo-cancer that can develop in people vaccinated with mRNA genetic serums against Covid (in reality very little effective as explained by SCIENCE, one of the most authoritative scientific journals in the world)
Pfizer mRNA Vaccine can Worsen Leukemia within Weeks
In this case the research concerns people affected by various forms of leukemia and explains the mechanism why it can rapidly worsen into a dangerous tumor pathology in a matter of weeks.
We must thank Hulsher but also the cardiologist Peter McCullough who, by creating a Foundation named after himself, managed to implement a coordinated communication effort thanks to a team of doctors, scientists and journalists.
This is why in the US the dangerousness of vaccines is now known at government level and in the courts while in Italy, where there has been no ability to create an effective network between doctors and journalists, it is still a medieval taboo…
The Abstract of the Turkish Paper
Background: Leukemia is marked by clonal hematopoietic stem cell expansion and metabolic reprogramming. The BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine has been proven effective, though questions remain about its broader physiological effects. This study investigates metabolomic alterations in leukemic bone marrow potentially associated with BNT162b2 vaccination.
Objective: To compare the bone marrow metabolomic profiles of leukemia patients with and without BNT162b2 vaccination, and healthy unvaccinated controls, to explore potential metabolic differences.

Methods: Bone marrow samples were obtained from three groups: vaccinated leukemia patients (n=7), unvaccinated leukemia patients without COVID-19 history (n=2), and unvaccinated healthy controls (n=7). Untargeted metabolomics was performed using LC-QTOF-MS. Data were analyzed using XCMS and MetaboAnalyst 5.0 to identify statistically significant metabolite differences and affected pathways. Fold change >1.5 and p<0.05 were considered significant.
Results: Distinct metabolic profiles were observed between the leukemia and control groups. Increased glycolysis, pentose phosphate pathway activity, and altered tryptophan, lipid, and heme metabolism were noted in leukemia samples. Metabolic changes in vaccinated patients (ASL) were more similar to unvaccinated leukemia patients (LO) than to healthy controls, with minor vaccine-associated variations. Notable metabolites included 5-methoxyindoleacetate, phosphorylcholine, and tetrahydrofolic acid.
Conclusion: This preliminary study identified altered metabolic pathways in leukemia bone marrow and suggests metabolomic differences associated with BNT162b2 vaccination. While the findings do not support a causal link between mRNA vaccination and leukemia development, they highlight the need for further studies to understand vaccine-induced metabolic modulation in hematological contexts.

The study titled, Metabolomic Profiling of Leukemic Hematopoiesis: Effects of BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 Vaccine Administration, was just published in Current Molecular Medicine:
Researchers analyzed bone marrow samples from three groups using untargeted metabolomics, a powerful technique that detects thousands of small molecules reflecting real-time cellular activity:
- Vaccinated leukemia patients (n=7) — all of whom developed leukemia within 15 to 63 days after receiving Pfizer’s BNT162b2 COVID-19 mRNA injection
- Unvaccinated leukemia patients with no history of COVID-19 (n=2)
- Healthy, unvaccinated individuals (n=7)
Here’s what they found:
As expected, the metabolic profiles of both leukemia groups were markedly different from healthy controls—showing classic cancer-linked changes like:
- ↑ Glycolysis (sugar breakdown)
- ↑ Pentose phosphate pathway (nucleotide synthesis and redox balance)
- Altered tryptophan metabolism, known to create an immunosuppressive tumor environment
- Disrupted heme metabolism, involved in red blood cell formation and oxidative stress

However, the vaccinated leukemia group showed additional, distinct metabolic alterations that were not present in unvaccinated leukemia patients, including:
- ↑ Tetrahydrofolic acid — vital for DNA synthesis, repair, and methylation. Uniquely elevated in vaccinated leukemia patients, possibly reflecting folate cycle modulation or compensatory changes in nucleotide metabolism.
- ↑ Phosphorylcholine — a marker of altered membrane metabolism, linked to tumor progression, lipid signaling, and immune activation. Elevated only in vaccinated leukemia patients, contrasting with a decrease in unvaccinated leukemia cases.
- ↑ N-Formyl-L-glutamic acid / N-Acetyl-L-aspartic acid — involved in amino acid and mitochondrial metabolism. Significantly elevated in vaccinated leukemia patients, not seen in unvaccinated leukemia individuals.
- ↑ Delta 8.14-Sterol — a sterol lipid involved in membrane structure and cellular signaling. Increased only in the vaccinated leukemia group, potentially indicating vaccine-induced disruption of lipid regulation.
All seven vaccinated leukemia patients developed cancer within two months of mRNA injection.
This study suggests that mRNA injections induce distinct cancer-associated metabolic changes in the bone marrow. These findings help to explain the carcinogenic effects of mRNA technology.
