Russia offers Ukraine to cease fire for 2-3 days in certain areas
Russia has offered the Ukrainian side a ceasefire in certain parts of the frontline for 2-3 days, Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky told reporters after the second round of talks with Ukraine in Istanbul.
“We proposed a specific ceasefire for 2-3 days on certain sections of the front,” he stated. “It should allow commanders to pick up their soldiers’ corpses,” Medinsky added, according TASS.
Russia will unilaterally hand over 6,000 frozen bodies of the dead. Ukraine will receive them next week.
Medinsky added that Russia and Ukraine have agreed on a large-scale exchange on an “all for all” basis among the severely wounded and young soldiers (under 25 years old), with no fewer than 1,000 people coming from each side. The parties will set up medical commissions while the exchanges are to become regular.
This ceasefire limited to some areas of the front confirms the possibility that Moscow reserves the right to evaluate whether to launch other harsher retaliation for the Ukrainian terrorist attacks of the last few days.
This could happen with a rain of ORESHNIK missiles on Kyiv as reported by the high warning sent from US Pentagon to the European countries (read below)
The Key-Points of Russian Memorandum for Peace in Ukraine
During the talks with Kiev, Moscow also delivered the long-awaited Russian memorandum, which includes several crucial points for a final peace agreement.
Among these, the most important “knots to be untied” are represented by the international recognition of Crimea, Donbass, and Novorossiya as part of Russia.
And Ukraine’s neutrality, which means its pledge not to join military alliances and coalitions, a ban on any military activity by third countries on the territory of Ukraine.
Conditions that are very difficult to accept for President Volodymyr Zelensky, who is considered a British secret agent of MI 6 , but also of the coalition of countries that supports him to the point of massacring the last Ukrainian to ignobly profit from the international arms market.

US: “Russia is Planning Heavy Respoonse to Airports Attaks” Rain of Oreshnik missiles on Kiev?
The United States has informed its European allies that Russia is planning a “disproportionate response” to the recent Ukrainian drone attack on its military air bases.
This was reported on June 1, 2025 by several sources on the X platform, citing American officials. The attack conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on five Russian airfields, including the Belaya base in the Irkutsk region, has had serious consequences.
This means that the time may have come for a rain of Oreshnik medium-range ballistic hypersonic missiles on Kiev, which have been in preparation for about two weeks, and which are not interceptable by any anti-missile systems supplied by NATO countries to Ukraine.
The US warning highlights the risk of a sharp escalation ahead of the talks in Istanbul, where Russia and Ukraine are expected to discuss an agreement.
«The attack, carried out as part of Operation Spider Web, hit strategically important targets, including the Olenya base in the Murmansk region and the Dyagilevo base in the Ryazan region. The operation demonstrated Kiev’s ability to strike at ranges of more than 4,000 km, raising alarm, The Washington Post reported» according to military Russian website AviaPro.

Russian envoy sees Ukraine destabilizing situation ahead of talks
«Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the phone on Sunday. The two sides discussed the upcoming Moscow-Kiev talks in Istanbul and recent Ukrainian attacks on Russian territory» RT has reported a few hours ago.
Just a day before the talks scheduled in Türkiye, two bridges collapsed in Russia’s Bryansk and Kursk border regions, leading to at least seven deaths and dozens of injuries among civilians. The incidents were caused by sabotage, according to Russia’s Investigative Committee.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rubio “expressed sincere condolences on the civilian casualties resulting from the bombings of railway infrastructure in the Bryansk and Kursk regions on June 1.”
Kiev is “destabilizing the situation” ahead of talks in Istanbul, which is inadmissible, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large on Kiev’s War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik told Soloviev Live TV show.
“So far, Russia has drafted a memorandum in line with agreements [reached in Istanbul]. <…> And there has been an uproar regarding the timing [in Ukraine] for almost a week. <…> If a side seeks to find a peaceful solution, it refrains from such activity,” the Russian diplomat said.
Two train crashes in the Kursk and Bryansk regions that occurred a day ahead of a second round of Russia-Ukraine talks raise serious concerns,
Miroshnik continued. According to him, the Ukrainian side is making every effort to derail peace talks and “prevent a search for a diplomatic way out of the conflict.”
Alexander Bastrykin, the head of Russia’s Investigative Committee, issued instructions to investigate the two incidents at the Committee’s Main Investigation Department.
Ukrainian Attacks on Territory of Russia
Furthermore, military airfields in five Russian regions, including in Siberia and the Far East, have been targeted in coordinated drone attacks orchestrated by Kiev, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday. Ukrainian media has called it a major operation targeting Russian strategic aviation.
Some of the culprits behind the attacks have been detained, the ministry said, without revealing the number of those arrested or their identities. The Russian military also said that the “Kiev regime” was ultimately responsible for the strikes, which they described as “terrorist attacks.”

According to Moscow, most of the strikes were repelled, with some resulting in material damage but no casualties.
