A first analysis of the protagonists recruited by the Government not only highlights how much international globalists have been caught by the cylinder, but also reveals disturbing intrigues to say the least with names today very embarrassing such as those of the Bill Gates foundation and the Central Intelligence Agency, among the main suspects in the CoronaVirus theory created in the laboratory as a bacteriological weapon, escaped – or launched on purpose – to push humanity to a massive vaccination campaign in the field of health and under the control of a New World Order in that of social security.

Before seeing on the merits the links to the limit of conflicts of interest also with regard to the new bizarre invasion of the Immuni spy app, which will have the task of monitoring cell phones in order to guarantee individual distances and avoid contagions, a premise on the method is fundamental.
THE SHADE GOVERNMENT OF MATTARELLA
Indeed, Italy is famous for the festival of consultants who are called to work alongside politicians from ministries and local administrations in order to generate a flock of resources for professional friends. The Task Force of Conte and Mattarella, however, actually represents a “shadow government” thanks to which the Prime Minister will be able to operate under the even more invasive direction of the President of the Republic.
The question is dramatically simple: if 21 ministers and 42 undersecretaries of the official government are not enough to manage the revitalization of the country, the super-commissioner with extraordinary powers is welcome together with 16 “ministers” for different areas of competence, but only with the contextual convening of immediate elections for the democratic renewal of Parliament and new executive designation.
Otherwise this Task Force on the one hand legitimates the incompetence of the holders of the Ministries becoming the duplicate on the other also represents an extra cost which must be met by the Quirinale who has examined, suggested and confirmed the list of the executive of Count Bis Govt how much these new advisors.

«Though the WHO is a public institution, the details of these engagements, and Gates’s involvement, aren’t available in the WHO’s budgets or financial statements. The information that is disclosed on the WHO’s website is incomplete. The WHO has a portal with data on contracts the agency processes — but it excludes those paid for directly by donors like Gates» Vox always reports.
But there is also no information on the consultants’ appointment: «For example, the portal shows the WHO’s headquarters awarded McKinsey with $4.19 million in contracts between 2017 and 2018, but not whether those were reform-related» and the world organization would have refused to specify it to journalists.
The fragmented public data collected by Vox indicate a staggering rain of money. In total, the Gates Foundation spent more than $ 300 million in McKinsey and BCG between 2006 and 2017, according to the institution’s tax returns. More than the national health budget for an entire low-income country, such as Haiti, about half of what the United States government has spent on McKinsey and BCG in the past decade.
We have previously seen how the commissioner for health procurement Domenico Arcuri is a former CEO of the aforementioned Deloitte, now it must be emphasized that Giuseppe Falco, one of the components of the Covid-19 Italian Task Force wanted by Conte and Mattarella, is managing director for the Italian System – Greece-Turchiasenior and managing director of the Boston Consulting Group, or BCG, also financed by Gates (graph above).
While another of the team, Fabrizio Starace, director of the Department of mental health and pathological addictions of the AUSL of Modena and president of the Italian Society of Psychiatric Epidemiology, was Co-Principal Investigator at the Division of Mental Health of the World Organization of Geneva Healthcare.
Among Colao’s consultants somehow related to the consulting company where he worked there is also Raffaella Sadun, professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School, who in 2018 won the McKinsey Award for the best article on Harvard Business Review.
But the intrigues are not finished: indeed they even become embarrassing…
«There’s an even deeper conflict between consultants’ private sector experiences and their public sector global health work: Their advice has been linked to some of the most urgent health crises of the last half-century» recalls Vox in reference to the opioid massacre in which he has lost the lives of nearly a million Americans since 1999.
«Court documents that surfaced in litigation included allegations that McKinsey advised two companies on how to increase sales of prescription opioids, from the early 2000s until at least 2014 — when the overdose epidemic was already well-known. Precisely because no one will ever be able to answer this hamletic doubt – and given that around the two career managers Colao-Ferrari of the Covid-19 front there is already a pinwheel worth hundreds of millions of euros – the gang of Mattarella, PD & Co. have at least the goodness to pay the experts of the Task Force with the money of the Quirinale which in 2019, thanks to 765 employees, alone has already cost the Italians 97 million euros.
