More I look for information on the case of little Imam who at 18 months would have died of cold in Syria, because of the “bad Russians” intent on bombing the last stronghold of the rebels, and more his story smells of manipulation as it was for that of little Omran, on which the media of the anti-Assad mainstream garnered a colossal propaganda later denied by the child’s father himself, only wounded by a smear from a collapse in his home in Aleppo in from which the real causes of the disaster were never ascertained. Before analyzing this anomalous story we need some premises.
If the war continues in Idlib it is only because Turkey since two years, from 17 September 2018, has never respected the agreements of Astana and Sochi signed with Russia and Iran for the disarmament of the Sunni jihadists of the various terrorist organizations, including those nearby to Al Qaeda of Jabhat al-Nusra today called Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).
If in Afrin rises hell of the daily violations of human rights against the Kurds it is always the fault of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan who, following the invasion and occupation started on January 21, 2018 with the mission sarcastically called Olive Branch, left the city in the hands of fierce Islamic terrorists such as those of the faction of Ahrar Al Sharqyia, accused of shooting the Kurdish pacifist Hevrin Khalaf in cold blood, for her dialogue between Sunnis, Shiites and Christians in Kurdish Rojava, but also that he murdered a child with Down syndrome, together with his father and grandfather, because family members were unable to pay their ransom after the kidnapping.
If in the Idlib area there are still civilian victims of the bombings of the Syrian Arab Army and of the aerospace forces of Russia it is only because many inhabitants of the area have not been able to leave it, through the humanitarian passageway open by the government of Damascus during the last truce on Sunday 12 January, because the jihadists, some of them former ISIS commanders, prevented it, under the threat of weapons, for using them as human shields and justify international outrage.
The latest news rebounded from the websites and social networks of pro-Turkish Syrian revolutionaries to all the world’s agencies appears as the representation of a propaganda that, taking as its starting point the real news of the many displaced persons still under the snowy tents from the harsh winter, has built what could prove, in the absence of further official confirmation, a colossal Fake-News built with the same techniques used by the White Helmets for the fake chemical attack on Douma.
DOUMA: MASSACRO JIHADISTA CON ARMI CHIMICHE SU 35 VITTIME LEGATE
Just from Douma begins the story, so weird as to appear imaginative, of an 18-month-old girl who would have died frozen according to the Syrian Network for Human Right, a Syrian NGO with multiple ties to the USA and Turkey who updates the official portal only for report of “Syrian Forces Violations” and it is therefore difficult to consider super partes, and a self-styled Syrian doctor Housam Adnan, already known for never detailed complaints about alleged violations of Bashar Al Assad’s army in Eastern Gouta.
From Douma, where he would have worked, the doctor would have been suddenly “catapulted” to Afrin, to the Al Shifa hospital, so renamed after the Turkish-jihadist occupation forces took him out of control of the Kurds. And there he would have witnessed the tragedy…
BITTER COLD IN THE REFUGEES CAMPS
In that northern city, in these cold days, Turks thought it well to close three hospitals managed by the Kurds instead in order to encourage the ethnic replacement that is also taking place in other areas of Rojava, North-Eastern Syria, occupied by the Erdogan’s army with the Euphrate Shield and Peace Spring operations, and in Afrin it has already caused at least half a million displaced people that nobody talks about.

The World Health Organization has reported that around 520,000 people have been forced to leave their homes in northern Syria since December 1, bringing 800,000 displaced persons assisted every month. Vatican Radio received an update on Friday 14 February from Friar Firas Lutfi, minister of the Franciscans of the Region of San Paolo, in the province of Aleppo.
«This cold has affected Aleppo and the whole region of northern Syria. At night the temperatures drop below zero, people are frozen, the influence that affects mainly children and the elderly increases. This month, in fact, we celebrated many funerals of the elderly, who died from the cold, because there is no gas and oil to make the stoves work, electricity only reaches a few hours a day. In front of this scenario we suffer a lot, even the snow has fallen. The children cannot go to school and the parents cover them by putting many layers of clothing on them».
Franciscan then provides a precise update on the war front: «I am in constant contact with my Franciscan confreres from the small Christian minority of Idlib. There are three Christian villages: Knayeh, Yacoubieh and Sdeide. Here the shepherds guard this small flock living a heroic charity. They distribute food parcels to more than 1,500 families of all religious denominations. Missiles often fall on the city of Aleppo, because when jihadist groups feel pressured they avenge themselves not against military posts but against civilians. They drop these bombs in areas inhabited by civilians. The government is adopting to welcome them, because theirs is a return to their homeland, they are full citizens of Syria and enjoy their rights within their country».
Bitter cold also affected the children of Damascus because the schools were closed by the government due to a lack of heating. Well yes! In one of the most oil rich countries in the Euphrates Valley, where there are extraction plants abusively seized by the US Army, there is a lack of money for diesel fuel due to financial sanctions imposed on Syria by the White House in 2014 and never withdrawn despite multiple appeals to the United Nations by Syrian diplomats.
While in Deir Ezzor, Raqqa, Homs and in Aleppo itself many families of displaced persons, who fled for the persecutions of the militants of the Islamic State, have returned to their homes in the north-western area of Aleppo, the situation remains critical for the continuous rocket launches of jihadist terrorists, armed and financed by Turkey in the tacit assent of NATO, and for the proximity to the front of the province in Idlib, now surrounded by the army of Syria and Russia but resistant thanks to the continuous reinforcements of troops and vehicles sent by Erdogan in violation of all diplomatic agreements signed.
In this context, there is the drama of Idlib displaced people who are welcomed by the Kurds of the Autonomous Administration of Rojava in tents to Manbji and assisted with the help of the Red Crescent, the Red Crescent. The aforementioned SN4HR reports 167 civilians who have died of cold since 2011, including 77 children.
It isn’t known, however, how many of these died in the Al Rukban Camp managed by a jihadist force on the border with Jordan on behalf of the Americans of the nearby military base of Al Tanf and the subject of multiple wrnings by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as reported by Gospa News in various reports.
IMAN DEAD, SPECTRE OF A BIG FAKE-NEWS
In this situation surfaced the story of Iman Mahmoud Laila, who would have died frozen in the arms of his father while from the village of Ma’arrata, west of Aleppo, he defied the night bitter cold, the risk of bombing from the nearby war front, for going to Afrin to have the baby treated for respiratory problems.
A photo of her circulated worldwide on media. Instead there isn’t trace about this news in the main Kurdish media that cover Afrin daily: HawarNews, ANF, BasNews, North PressAgency…
We know only the name and the testimony of a medical supporter of a revolutionary network of journalists and professionals called Douma City Revolution, through which, on Facebook, someone celebrated the shooting down of a helicopter of the army of Damascus with the comment “Allah Akbar”, Allah is great, typical of jihadists.
Is the malnourished but apparently older child of the photograph only 18 months old? How is it possible that there is an image of Iman with blue eyes wide open, a little frightened but full of light, wrapped in the covers with which his father would have tried to protect her from the cold? Was it photographed by the parent before the trip started at night?
Did the father stop to take a selfie by taking it off his shoulders during the journey and placing it on a chair found in the countryside illuminating his face with a flash in the darkness of the first light of dawn?
Or was it photographed on arrival at the hospital by doctors who, even before rescuing her, wanted to immortalize her frozen face but with mouth and eyes wide open and vivid? Or this pics, the only proof of the tragedy, is just fake, a repertoire image?
Unfortunately, Gospa News has published dozens of photos of children who really died, after drawing cross-references from multiple sources. Their face was certainly not so vital.
I challenge internet users to look for a previous publication of this image. Maybe it turns up perhaps in the great archive of photomontages of the White Helmets, the alleged rescuers of the Syria Civil Defense, founded by a former British 007 who died in mysterious circumstances recently in Istanbul and reported by Russia to the UN as a terrorist organization for the bonds with the Qaedists of Al Nusra.
TIES WITH TURKEY AMONG NGO AND WITNESSES
It will be just a coincidence but one of the first to have shared on Facebook the harrowing story of the girl narrated with so much poetry and few sanitary details by the phantom Dr. Housam Adnan, the only primary source confirming the story of the Syrian Network, was a Syrian, Kefah Al- Shami, originally from Damascus but now residing in Gaziantep, in the border Turkey, who shows himself on FB proud of his uniform from White Helmets.
Another to emphasize the story is Amer Almohibany, a freelance photojournalist and cameraman, also from Damascus and today a gatekeeper residing in Istanbul after collaborating with AFP and BBC.
His photomontage for Valentine’s Day is disturbing: a heart of smoke in the sky with the Syrian helicopter in the center, shot above all by a jihadist missile together with the crew on Friday 14.
The list of suspicious or at least partisan collusions with the only alleged eyewitness of the child’s death could continue…
I limit myself to pointing out that the SOHR, the Syrian Observatory Human Right, managed by a Sunni Syrian emigrant in Coventry (United Kingdom) and therefore considered however partisan side of anti-Assad propaganda, after the escape of almost all the White Helmets from Syria, has taken more objective positions and dedicates many articles to the small and large abuses committed by pro-Turkish jihadists against the Kurds of Afrin.
SOHR dedicated a few lines to the case of this girl, another child who would have died of cold and a family poisoned by a stove…
«Reliable sources informed SOHR that the girl’s father thought that his daughter suffer from simple illness, so he headed to Afrin Hospital at 5:00 am and walked for nearly two hours amid freezing temperature as he has no means of transportation. The girl had died of hypothermia before her father reached the hospital» wrote the Observatory which uses the term “girl” but not “toddler” and seems to give little importance to a story of which the whole world is now telling due to the reporting of SN4HR, an organization less known but with even more suspicious relationships…
US ambassador Kelly Craft, permanent representative in the UN Security Council, last December to accuse Assad of serious violations cited a Syrian Network for Human Rights dossier from which obviously the war crimes of the jihadists financed and did not emerge armed from Turkey.
SN4HR’s Photo Gallery is updated to 2015 only, when the defeat of the Free Syrian Army of the revolutionaries began, instead the quotes in the media reaches at least until 2019 and highlights a very curious circumstance: in the database the news of the NGO are 611 times have been reported by Anadolu, to whom even a space is dedicated in the menu bar.
Well, Anadolu is the most important government press agency in Ankara, therefore controlled directly by Erdogan, by Turkish intelligence MIT (Millî İstihbarat Teşkilâtı) and therefore by the Muslim Brothers of Sunni confession, therefore enemies of the Alahite-Shiites of the Assad Baath party.
Iman is not the only story told by Syrian Network: «The seven-month-old Abdul Wahhab Ahmad al Rahhal, who fled with his family from the city of Khan Sheikhoun on the southern outskirts of the Idlib governorate, died on 11 February 2020. due to the severe cold in the displaced persons camp of al Jazira located in the Atama camps complex in the northern suburbs of the Idlib governorate».
Also in this case there is no official source of hospitals, international organizations or the Red Crescent (the Red Cross of the Middle East) that confirms the alleged tragedy in a chilling climate not only for the temperatures but also for the risk of squalid media manipulations.
MANIPULATION OF THE OMRAN’S STORY
As mentioned at the beginning, therefore, the story of Iman is likely to be a colossal fake-news like that of Omran, the boy who was injured on 17 August 2016 in Aleppo, during the siege of government forces against the revolutionary jihadists.
His face smeared with blood and lime on an ambulance went around the world in an attempt to accuse the government of Damascus of atrocities against the defenseless population.
A year later his father, Mohamed Daqneesh, told of how they used his son to build anti-Assad propaganda, even writing that he was an opponent of the regime “under house arrest”, but it was not true: “they wanted me to say that it was the Russians or Syrians who hit us but I could not witness what I have not seen”.
He told reporter Khalef Iskef how the rebels “offered him money, jobs, and even a pass to leave” if he said what they wanted. He said that “journalists near al-Nusra” told him “that 26 million Muslims were waiting for him to declare that the bombing had been of the Syrian regime”.
But he refused: “I am first of all a Syrian and my children have the right to live in this country”. Now Omran is 11 years old and lives in the liberated Aleppo, while his brother Mohamed died after three days of agony from the injuries sustained in that collapse, the causes of which are still unknown. “We were at home when everything collapsed (…) we don’t know (…) we didn’t hear the sounds of planes or bombings (…) suddenly only the dark”.
It is not certain today that it was an airplane bomb and not rather a mortar shot fired by the rebels. While there have been dozens of reports of the human rights violations committed by Afrin jihadists and local administrators controlled by Turkey..
HOSPITALS CLOSED IN AFRIN FOR THE KURDS
«A human rights organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported today on its main Facebook page, February 5, 2020, that Turkish forces and militias from affiliated armed groups continue to crack down on Kurdish citizens in the Kurdish region of Afrin and the implementation of political and military agendas in terms of ethnic cleansing of Kurds and forcing residents to leave to make a demographic change» wrote ARK News, failing to cite the source to protect it from retaliation.
The Afrin Human Rights Organization said that, in addition to the fact that those militias that carry out theft, looting, armed robbery, rapes, murders, indiscriminate kidnapping, seizeing of residents’ property, deforestation of olive trees, imposition of taxation, under the supervision of Turkish Intelligence have deliberately created an atmosphere of intimidation, terror, insecurity and instability.
IDLIB: JIHADISTI STUPRANO E LAPIDANO UNA CRISTIANA, IL PAPA BACCHETTA LA SIRIA
This is taking shape with the appointment of Governor of the Prosecutor Muhammad Zaidan as Governor of Afrin, as of 15 February 2020, in his place to «try to put pressure on institutions and departments for the Kurdish indigenous people of the region by the Kurds and impose conditions on them impossible to close them or limit their activities».
«The organization added that in this regard, most schools in the city of Afrin and its suburbs have been closed on the pretext of reforms, as well as threatening a number of hospital owners owned by Kurdish doctors to improve the services and make necessary repairs or seal them, including Qanbar, Cihan, Dersim and Al-Salam hospitals under the direction of the Bihar Relief Organization, excluding colonized hospitals (Al-Shifa “Formerly Avrin Hospital” – Al-Manar Hospital “Al-Asdiqaa School” Al-Mahabbe (“Trinidad road”), thus limiting the field of medical services to the children of the settlers».
The closure of the three hospitals was also confirmed by the North Press Agency: «The decision coincided with the announcement of the free hospital al-Salam, affiliated to the Bahar Organization, to cut the support of the World Health Organization, since the The organization’s management informed its 65 employees to stop working in the hospital on February 15, according to the hospital’s supervisors. The work was also stopped for the same reasons at the al-Mahmoudiya clinic (formerly the Kurdish Red Crescent), the mobile clinics and the clinical center, also affiliated with the Bahar Organization».
The organization made clear that the direction of Turkish religious resources is trying to rent closed commercial religious affairs shops and their centers to Arab settlers belonging to Kurdish citizens who are located in the city of Afrin or in the areas affiliated to it (Rajo – Mabata – Bulbul – Jenderes) and deprive their owners of their business by various means, whether it be theft, armed robbery, financial extortion, taxation and royalty.
“Every Kurd is accused of separatism and belonging to terrorist organizations” activists of the anonymous humanitarian organization always report, summarizing what the local media write daily HawarNews, ANF, BasNews. Since then, armed militias and Arab families from different regions have been resettled in place of displaced Kurds».
But of these crimes, of the murder of little Mohammad Rashid Khalil, only 10 years old, and of these internally displaced people, no western agency speaks …
