A much-hyped trove of nearly 1,000 newly-unsealed pages of court documents from a 2015 defamation case filed by a victim of infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein contains “no revelations,” conservative commentator Mike Cernovich claimed on Wednesday in a post on X (formerly Twitter) according RT (whole article below).
Cernovich, working with Epstein defense attorney and accused sex trafficking participant Alan Dershowitz, sued to have Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit unsealed in 2017 and has previously claimed credit for the predator’s 2019 arrest.

Israel then denied that Menashe has any links with its intelligence services and attempted to distance itself from him, despite the fact that other news reports both in the US and Israel confirmed he was acting on the country’s behalf.
The new book, which also speculates that Maxwell may have worked for other governments as a double or triple agent, says that despite reports Epstein and Ghislaine met in the early 1990s in New York, they in fact met earlier through her father who introduced Epstein to Mossad before Ghislaine joined in the activities later.

Bill Clinton to be named in Epstein files

Former US President Bill Clinton will be identified as “John Doe 36” in a trove of court documents concerning deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, ABC News has reported. Clinton’s relationship with the child molester came under intense scrutiny after Epstein’s arrest in 2019.
Hundreds of pages of redacted documents are to be declassified and released on Tuesday, following an order from Manhattan judge Loretta Preska in December. The documents stem from a 2015 civil lawsuit brought against Epstein’s former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed that she had been sexually abused and trafficked by the pair.
According to ABC, Clinton is mentioned more than 50 times in the files. Most of the mentions are said to concern Giuffre’s unsuccessful attempts to compel Clinton to testify against Epstein and Maxwell, with ABC stating that the files do not implicate Clinton in any criminal activity.
More than 170 other individuals will be named in the documents, having previously been referred to as “John Doe” and “Jane Doe.” Some are expected to be employees of the late sex offender, such as drivers and groundskeepers at his private island of Little Saint James, as well as high-profile associates like tech billionaire Bill Gates and Britain’s Prince Andrew.
A prominent socialite and financier, Epstein was jailed in 2008 for soliciting a child for prostitution. He was arrested again in 2019 and accused of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls, including Giuffre, but was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell before he could be brought to trial. His death was officially ruled a suicide.
Clinton issued a statement in 2019 saying that he had “never been to Little Saint James Island,” where some of Epstein’s worst offenses are believed to have taken place, and that he “knows nothing”about Epstein’s crimes. However, Giuffre alleged that she saw Clinton on the island multiple times, as did a member of Epstein’s staff and one of Clinton’s former aides.
Flight logs show Clinton traveling aboard Epstein’s jet – a Boeing 727 dubbed the ‘Lolita Express’ – at least 26 times, reportedly without his security detail on at least five jaunts. In his 2019 statement, Clinton admitted to taking four trips aboard the ‘Lolita Express’, but not to visiting the island.

Giuffre’s case against Maxwell ended in 2017 with an out-of-court settlement, as did a lawsuit she brought against Prince Andrew in 2021, claiming she had been trafficked to the prince by Epstein and Maxwell. The criminal case against Epstein ended with his apparent suicide, although Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 for the enticement of minors and sex trafficking of underage girls.

Cernovich, working with Epstein defense attorney and accused sex trafficking participant Alan Dershowitz, sued to have Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit unsealed in 2017 and has previously claimed credit for the predator’s 2019 arrest.
In his post, he claimed the Southern District of New York (SDNY) had arrested Epstein in 2019 the weekend before the documents were first set to be unsealed as a result of his lawsuit, so as to prevent any of Epstein’s powerful friends, soon to be exposed in the documents, from being criminally charged.
To bolster his argument, he highlighted that the SDNY had the option to bring charges against Epstein, relating to the alleged payment for sex with minors between 2002 and 2005, at any point from 2002 onward. However, they chose to wait until just days before the “previously sealed records involving Jeff Epstein” were set to become public. These records contained the names of numerous influential figures to whom Epstein had allegedly trafficked underage girls.

“The indictment against Epstein does not charge anyone except Epstein, and there’s nothing to indicate that anyone who flew to Epstein’s private island has faced scrutiny,” Cernovich continued, arguing that “SDNY charged the lowest level offenses possible” so that they would be legally unable to raid that island – or even the pedophile’s New Mexico ranch – for weeks, allowing evidence to vanish. At least one safe, said to be in FBI custody, has never been seen again.
Meanwhile, Epstein himself died – allegedly by his own hand – shortly after his arrest while still in pretrial detention, the charges against him never having been aired inside a courtroom.
Acknowledging that “we’ll never know for certain” what was in the vanished safe, Cernovich insisted “we do know that the FBI has Jeffrey Epstein’s blackmail files” and that “very powerful forces have made sure we will never see it.”
Authorities raiding Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2019 found and photographed boxes of hard drives, videos, binders full of burned CDs, and other media, all individually labeled by Epstein.
However, it was never entered into evidence because the FBI did not initially have a warrant to remove it, according to a special agent who testified at Maxwell’s trial. When they returned with a warrant, the evidence was supposedly gone.
Epstein’s properties were well-equipped with surveillance equipment, according to several witnesses, and his victims have claimed he would pump them for blackmail material on the powerful men he trafficked them to for sex.

US court unseals Epstein-linked names

The names of nearly 200 people cited in a 2015 civil suit brought by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre have been released by a US court, having been under seal since the case was settled in 2017.
Hundreds of court filings containing the names were unsealed on the order of US District Judge Loretta Preska last month, with a court spokesperson saying they would be made public on a rolling basis beginning on January 1. Files released on Wednesday include the names of billionaire Glenn Dubin and his former private chef Rinaldo Rizzo, former Victoria’s Secret CEO Lex Wexner, magician David Copperfield, and many others.
High-profile public figures, such as ex-US President Bill Clinton and the UK’s Prince Andrew, who had already been publicly named in connection to the case, were also included.
Though flight records show that Clinton traveled on Epstein’s private jet on several occasions and at least one witness cited in the court filings claimed that he liked “young” girls, a spokesman for the former president said in 2019 that Clinton had not spoken to Epstein in more than a decade and was unaware of any criminal activity in the time he knew him.
Court records released on Wednesday also allege that Prince Andrew had groped a woman at Epstein’s home in Manhattan in 2001. A separate case brought by Giuffre against the British royal alleged that she was made to have sex with Prince Andrew several times while underage, though the case was settled out of court last year. While he has acknowledged a friendship with Epstein, Prince Andrew continues to deny all wrongdoing.
The full list of names includes known associates of Epstein, as well as witnesses, victims and others incidentally related to the defamation case. The names of underage victims who did not testify will remain under seal, according to Judge Preska, who has also allowed individuals to appeal the release of certain documents.
In one instance, the attorney for a person identified only as ‘J. Doe 107’ requested their client’s name be kept under wraps, noting that she lives in a “culturally conservative country” and is “in fear of her name being released” given the nature of the case. The judge is now considering the request.
The documents are related to a 2015 defamation suit brought against Epstein confidant Ghislaine Maxwell by Giuffre, which was later settled out of court. Maxwell has since been convicted to 20 years in prison after being charged for grooming victims for Epstein.
In the 2015 case, Giuffre claimed that Maxwell and Epstein directed her to have sex with men starting when she was just 17, and that Epstein himself had also sexually abused her.
Epstein was charged for several sex trafficking offenses in 2019, but was found dead in his New York jail cell before the case could be tried. The death was ruled a suicide, with the Justice Department later finding that negligence by prison staff had allowed Epstein to take his own life in custody.
