«The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) reported to the DoD OIG that, according to open sources, ISIS exploited the Turkish incursion and subsequent drawdown of U.S. troops to reconstitute capabilities and resources within Syria and strengthen its ability to plan attacks abroad. According to the DIA, ISIS is “postured to withstand” al-Baghdadi’s death, and probably will maintain “continuity of operations, global cohesion, and at least its current trajectory.”».

The alarm is contained in the last Pentagon’s periodic military reports. But it confirms the one exposed by the numbers across the last report on the November attacks released by the Rojava Information Center. But there is more …

Letters of assignment with the ISIS brand published by the Kurdish news agency Hawarnews show that Islamic black flag terrorists have sent their fighters on missions to Europe with the help of MIT 007, Turkey’s intelligence, a NATO country … The secret documents are of such great importance that the counter-intelligence of some European countries would have started investigations on the contents of the 18 letters.

There is also a need to understand what the role of Turkish intelligence has actually been, which really seems to be closely connected with the soldiers of Daesh. This correspondence could explain how one of Syria’s executioners arrived in Hungary where he was even found with the credit card provided by the European Union for refugees. His name does not appear in the letters, difficult to translate and interpret because all obviously in Arabic, but the mechanism alone is sufficient to explain it.

It’s not all. It is always the US intelligence, as reported by a reporter of Turkish origin on the Swedish media Nordic Monitor, specialized in the publication of intelligence documents, to reveal that 90 per cent of all Foreign Fighters arrived in Syria passing through Turkey as also admitted by the Executioner of Raqqa, captured by the Kurdish SDF (Syrian Democratic Forces) militias who freed the last jihadist stronghold of Bagouz last spring, and by other prisoners FTF (Forreign Terrorist Fighters).

Financed the massacres of Paris and Brussels: the Raqqa’s butcher could return free together the other ISIS Foreign Fighters

Finally, as reported by an article by the Syriana Arab News Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin, a faithful ally of Damascus but also of Ankara, seems to have lost his patience and in a December 11 call to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. “The need to fully implement the Russian-Turkish agreements on cooperation in Idleb Province and north-eastern Syria was underlined, and the need to intensify efforts to combat terrorism in these areas,” the Kremlin reported.

While Sana writes “He indicated that the Turkish regime has for years transformed the lands of Turkey into positions and corridors for terrorist organizations and has provided them with various types of support, including Daesh (ISIS) and Jabhat al-Nusra and bought the Syrian oil that was stolen from Daesh ». But let’s look at the individual issues in detail.

LETTERS TO SEND JIHADISTS IN EUROPE

«All the letters of assignment are addressed to the various militiamen with name and surname. In them they are ordered to move from Syria or Iraq to go to Turkey and once there contact the contact person for security and then continue to Germany to the place indicated by the contact in Turkey». An anti-terrorism expert reports after having obtained the translations that leave a single important question open: it is not clear if by “security referent” we mean an ISIS employee or an MIT agent.

One of the ISIS assignment letters to a terrorist

It must be remembered that the network of militiamen of the black flag, being totally clandestine, is not equipped with a specific security apparatus as, in fact, all the leaders and soldiers carry out espionage and counter-espionage activities. Furthermore, the involvement of MIT appears likely, in light of the repeated connections with Turkish intelligence, thanks to the detailed testimonies of prisoners captured by the SDF.

Obviously the conclusions of the Kurdish agency are more peremptory.

«Hawar news agency (ANHA) obtained documents confirming the supervision of Turkish intelligence on the offices of ISIS mercenaries in Turkey, whose mission is to facilitate the transfer of mercenaries from Syria to many European countries via Turkey» writes ANHA.

«Among the documents obtained by our agency, letters marked with the ring of ISIS mercenaries addressed to the so-called “security persons in Turkey”. They are requested to facilitate the travel of the person named in the letter to Turkey, including to facilitate travel to one of the European countries for the tasks assigned to them through instructions directed to him by “security in Turkey.” The letter states that the instructions to assign the person were directly issued by ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi» reports the agency recalling that, in recent years, ISIS mercenaries have carried out a series of terrorist acts in many European countries.

«Turkey is considered a bridge for the transfer of mercenaries from Syria and Turkey to European countries, where Turkey exploits the elements of ISIS to blackmail European countries and put pressure on them to surrender to Turkey to implement its plans in the region, especially in Syria – we can still read in the article published a few days ago together with the images of the letters – Hawar news agency AHHA obtained a list of names of ISIS mercenaries who were assigned official letters to move to a number of European countries via Turkey and under the supervision of the mercenary office in Turkey, which is supervised by Turkish intelligence” MIT”».

TURKEY, FOREIGN FIGHTERS’ TURNSTILE

«Ninety percent of foreign fighters who joined the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS or ISIL) and al-Qaeda affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra used Turkey to cross into Syria, a US military intelligence document claimed» further reports the Nordic Monitor website.

«According to a Foreign Terrorist Fighter bulletin dated April 2016, a copy of which was seen by Nordic Monitor, “An estimated 90% of all FTF [foreign terrorist fighters] entered the conflict zone through Turkey.” It stated that between 1,500 and 2,000 foreign fighters arrived in Iraq and Syria in 2015. Relevant part of the secret US military intel document that states 90 percent of all foreign fighters used Turkey to link up with ISIS»writes Turkish journalist Abdullah Bozkurt in the Swedish media.

The number of FTF arrivals dropped to 200 in 2016 after European security services started to crack down on the network as well as increased focus on the part of Turkey to improve border security and screening procedures at airports.

«The note also warned that Idlib province, which was under the control of Jabhat al-Nusra control at the time, would see increased efforts by ISIS to move fighters into Syria. “The loss of the vital Manbij corridor to Syrian Defense Forces (SDF) would sever ISIL’s only remaining cross border routes under ISIL control and result in degradation of facilitation into Syria. This likely would force fighters to enter Syria through higher risk southwestern TUR/SYR border into Idlib province, currently under ANF [Al Nusra Front] control,”» reads in the article.

The intelligence memo pointed out that more ISIS members would start residing in Turkey since Western Europe and Turkey’s efforts against ISIS were holding back the flow of foreign terrorist fighters entering and leaving Syria .

“Future FTF flow into Europe through Turkey will likely be limited to ISIL members having high quality forged documents to circumvent airport and immigration screening procedures,” concluded the US intelligence document, published in Operation Gallant Phoenix, which also highlighted the risk that the withdrawal of ISIS members in Turkey could develop decentralized terrorist cells.

A risk that, as highlighted in a previous report by Gospa News, does not actually exist as Ankara has adopted a strategy already used by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: to free prisoners and convicted of terrorism on condition that they operate in functional jihadist factions to the cause of the Islamic nation: as in the recent invasion of Rojava by the Turkish army decided by the bloody Erdogan. The employment of the heads of the Islamic State was highlighted both by a detailed article by Hawars News and by a Rojava Information Center dossier.

REBIRTH OF ISIS IN SYRIA THANKS TO TURKS

«On October 9, Turkey launched air and ground operations against Kurdish People’s Protection Unit (YPG) positions in northeastern Syria that initiated a series of actions that affected the OIR (Operation Inherent Resolve) mission against the ISIS. These actions also influenced the U.S. relationship with the Kurds and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Syria, and control of territory in northeastern Syria» this is not written by the Kurds but by American intelligence analysts in the report published on the website of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense.

«The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) reported to the DoD OIG that, according to open sources, ISIS exploited the Turkish incursion and subsequent drawdown of U.S. troops to reconstitute capabilities and resources within Syria and strengthen its ability to plan attacks abroad» reads in the quarterly report.

«In Iraq, the Combined Joint Task Force–OIR (CJTF-OIR) reported that ISIS continued this quarter to solidify and expand its command and control structures, although it had not increased its capabilities in areas where the Coalition was actively conducting operations against ISIS. CJTF-OIR also reported to the DoD OIG that ISIS combat power remains in restricted terrain and unpopulated areas where there is little to no local security presence» he also relates the Pentagon note that it was not as rich of details on the alleged death of the Caliph of the Islamic State Al Baghdadi.

But it is the Kurds of the Rojava Information Center (RIC) who list the drama of the resurgence of the Islamic State in north-eastern Syria after the invasion of the Turkish army that uses Sunni jihadist factions as mercenaries, as documented by Hawars News past he had published the names of 76 commanders of the Islamic State (Daesh in Arabic) or Al Qaeda who became leaders of the jihadist factions allied by Turkey under the supervision of MIT (Millî İstihbarat Teşkilatı), the secret services of Ankara.

«ISIS sleeper-cell attacks rise by 63% following Turkish invasion, November figures confirm – reports the latest RIC file – Following the Turkish invasion, sleeper-cell attacks have risen 63%, with 83 documented attacks in November compared to 51 in September 15% of the attacks remained unclaimed, leaving 85% claimed by ISIS. Some unclaimed attacks likely committed by Turkish-backed cells 38 claimed deaths, compared to 12 in September – a 216% increase, though down from October which saw 51 deaths. Joint SDF and Coalition raids remain low, November only seeing 23 recorded raids. The number of arrests (29) is down on September (48) but consistent when compared to last month (27)».

The report reports that ISIS continues to concentrate most of its attacks on the Deir-ez-Zor region. 58% of the November attacks occurred in Deir-ez-Zor, causing 21 victims for the same claims as ISIS. The Hasaka region, including many large cities like Qamishlo, the de facto capital of northern and eastern Syria, the capital and the Al-Hol camp, has faced a large number of attacks, about 21 with 15 deaths, 10 of which are not been claimed by any group.

«In the wake of the Turkish attacks, it’s become clear that ISIS feels revitalized in the chaos the invasion has created. On the other hand, despite the continuation of joint SDF and Coalition raids, they have not maintained their previous consistency – comments Robin Fleming, researcher at the Rojava Information Center – Much of the progress made in the months following the territorial defeat of ISIS in Baghouz has been reversed, with the numbers of attacks having dramatically risen in the nearly two months since Turkey invaded North and East Syria».

Syria: 76 leaders ISIS among Turkish mercenaries, also killers of Us ranger Kassig and activist Hevrin. Priest murdered

«We have also seen ISIS target vulnerable groups and community leaders, with the assassinations of Armenian Christian priests Hanna Ibrahim and his father Ibrahim Hanna Bido being the foremost examples of this. Meanwhile, circumstantial evidence suggests Turkish-backed sleeper cells are growing increasingly active in the border regions».

The meaning of all these reports is clear: to stop ISIS we must stop Turkey even if it remains untouchable being a NATO country. Although the rebirth of the Islamic State serves to justify the presence of US soldiers in Syria protecting the oil wells of the Euphrates valley where “black gold”, from the beginning of the war, is stolen by the Americans with the help of terrorists.

  1. This all what Soros said that he was going to do years ago, so what really is this? A cookbook on how he’s going to chop up humanity and spit us out if he doesn’t like how we taste to him? Why wait till we’re on his dinner plate, before reporting on it? Bragging? Must be?
