Meanwhile SOHR (Syrian Observatori for Human Rights) announces the arrival of 2500 ISIS militiamen from Tunisia to strengthen the military contingent deployed by the Turkish intelligence MIT (as explained in the article below) and the Egyptian Parliament has given green light to President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi to prepare the army for an entry into Libya as requested by the Tobruk government last week.

If on the one hand international diplomacy is trying in every way to prevent a civil war that began in 2014 from becoming an international conflict, on the other hand the interests of the Weapons Lobby of various countries in business with each other and with the Muslim Brotherhood (Turkey, Qatar , Italy and the United Kingdom) blows on fire as evidenced by the hidden direction of Deep State NATO and the intervention of a powerful American lobbying company such as Mercury in the service of the Tripoli government.

Egypt’s parliament authorised the deployment of troops outside the country on Monday after the president threatened military action against Turkish-backed forces in neighbouring Libya, according to the Qatar media Al Jazeera.

The parliament unanimously approved “the deployment of members of the Egyptian armed forces on combat missions outside Egypt’s borders to defend Egyptian national security … against criminal armed militias and foreign terrorist elements”, it said in a statement.
The deployment would be made on a “western front” – a likely reference to western neighbour Libya. The move could bring Egypt and Turkey – which support rival sides in Libya’s chaotic proxy war – into direct confrontation.
Egypt, alongside the United Arab Emirates and Russia, backs eastern-based military commander Khalifa Haftar, who abandoned an offensive on the capital last month after Turkey, and above all its mercenaries ISIS – AL QAEDA, stepped up support for Tripoli.

Turkish intelligence transfers 2,500 Tunisian ISIS members

At Turkish government’s orders, Turkish intelligence have transferred Jihadi groups and ISIS members of different foreign nationalities, from Syria to Libya in the past few months. According to SOHR statistics, the Turkish intelligence transferred over 2,500 Tunisian ISIS members to Libya, out of thousands of other ISIS Tunisians operating in Syria.
SOHR sources reported a few days ago that Syrian activists reported that Turkish authorities sent a new batch of jihaid fighters to Libya, in order to join the military operations on the side of the “Government of National Accord” and the “Libyan National Army” led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
According to SOHR statistics, the number of recruits who arrived in Libya rose to 16,100 Syrian mercenaries, including 340 children under the age of 18, of whom 5,600 returned to Syria after passing the duration of their contracts and getting their dues. Meanwhile, Turkey keeps recruiting more mercenaries bringing them to Turkish territory to undergo military training.
According to SOHR sources, the Turkish-backed factions’ commanders embezzle financial dues allocated to the recruits, as the commanders of “Suleiman Shah” (Al-Amshat) pay 8,000 Turkish liras (around $ 1.200) every month for each fighter, while the commanders of “Sultan Murad” pay 11,000 Turkish liras (around $ 1.650) for each fighter. It is worth noting that the monthly salaries allocated for the Syrian mercenaries who are now in Turkish territories are larger than what these mercenaries get.
Meanwhile, the number of Turkish-backed Syrian mercenaries who were killed in military operations in Libya has risen to nearly 470, including 33 children under the age of eighteen, as well as some group commanders.
