How Russia is Winning the Conflict protracted by NATO’s Weapons with EU-US Citizens’ Money. Last Ukrainian Military Ship Destroyed (video), UK Cruise Missiles Intercepted

“We are preparing for this conflict to become protracted, for the consequences of such a turn of events. We must prepare public opinion to sustain long-term support for Ukraine in a high- to medium-intensity conflict in accordance with the situation. To that extent, we must reconsider and analyze the nature of our support together with our partners during this summer, and to realize what we need to achieve the desired result.”
French President Emmanuel Macron said during the Globsec international security conference in Bratislava, Slovakia, adding that hopes are still high for the success of Ukraine’s much-vaunted counteroffensive.
But the French president does not admit a crucial issue of this shameful war triggered by the 2014 coup in Kiev to remove the pro-Russian president, by the repeated violations of the truce in Donbass by Ukrainian troops, and then by the continuous military provocations with the copious supply of weapons before the invasion of the country by the Moscow army.
Right now the American and European Weapons Lobby is doing a booming business thanks to the sale of armaments bought with government money deriving from the taxes of US and EU citizens to be given as gifts to the Ukrainian president Volodymy Zelenky who is leading his country to destruction, in a war that he doesn’t have the slightest chance of winning, just because he has become NATO’s hit-man in an indirect confrontation against Russia and has the obligation not to accept any truce or peace deal.
In fact, NATO and EU countries do not have the ability or willingness to donate significant numbers of strategic military vehicles (tanks, aircraft or ships) to Ukraine. At the same time they cannot supply the government in Kiev with a massive number of munitions so as not to deplete their arsenals.
That is why the high-tech missiles delivered mainly by the UK are sufficient in number only to prolong the agony of the former USSR state but not to allow it to win a war against Russia which has hundreds if not thousands of times military equipment superior, both in older generation rockets (not used because they are too inaccurate) and in conventional and nuclear weapons.
Putin confirmed strike on Ukrainian military intelligence HQ
Meanwhile on the real battle-ground the fact are becoming every day more important than words.
After the conquest of Bakhmut by Russian Wagner group, the Kiev Regime support by ongoing more powerful NATO weapons didn’t react with a real counteroffensive in Donbass but trough many “terroristic” attacks on Russia territories (Moscow and Belgored) causing more fear than damages or casualties.
After that Russia has targeted the headquarters of the Ukrainian military’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) in Kiev, President Vladimir Putin confirmed on Tuesday. “We’ve been talking about the possibility of striking the ‘decision-making centers.’ Naturally, Ukraine’s military intelligence headquarters falls into such a category, and it was hit two or three days ago,” Putin stated.
Unlike Ukraine, which has been targeting “residential buildings” in Russia, Moscow is striking only military targets, such as ammunition dumps or fuel depots, with “high-precision” weaponry, he added.
Russian forces wipe out last Ukrainian combat ship in Odessa
Russia’s Aerospace Forces destroyed the last Ukrainian combat ship in the Odessa port in the special military operation in Ukraine, Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov reported on Wednesday.
“On May 29, the Ukrainian Navy’s last combat ship Yury Olefirenko was destroyed as a result of a strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces’ precision weapons against the anchorage of naval ships in the Odessa port,” the spokesman said.
A not confirmed video of the destruction of several ships of the Ukrainian Navy by the Russian armed forces got into social networks.
Among them are the small anti-submarine ship “Vinnitsa” with tail number “A 206” (corvette according to NATO classification) and the medium landing ship “Yuri Olefirenko”.

The Ukrainian Navy operated about 25 combat ships, including five patrol and six artillery boats before Russia launched its special military operation in Ukraine.
In addition, the Ukrainian Navy’s combat assets included the Gola Pristan anti-saboteur boat and the Svatovo assault boat. Upon Kiev’s attempt to storm Snake Island in the Black Sea on May 9 last year, Russian forces sank three Ukrainian Centaur-class armored assault boats and each of them could have carried a marine infantry platoon.
The Ukrainian Navy also operated nine armored gunboats, one of which, the Akkerman, was abandoned by the crew in Berdyansk, according to information of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta daily.
The Vinnitsa corvette and the Yury Olefirenko medium amphibious assault ship were sunk.
Ukrainian officials have yet to confirm the sinking of the ship. Oleg Chalyk, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, told Reuters that he would not respond to Russian claims, and that the Ukrainian Navy would not disclose the details of any losses.
Originally named the SDK-137, the Yury Olefirenko was a type 773 medium landing ship that was built by Poland in 1971 for the Soviet Navy. It was transferred to Ukraine in 1994 and renamed the Kirovograd, and was stationed in Crimea.
In this way it has naval dominance in the Black Sea after having also strengthened that in the Mediterranean Sea with the arrival of the Admiral Gorshkov frigate which is one of the first Russian military ships armed with the powerful Zircon hypersonic missile. capable of carrying even a nuclear warhead and difficult to intercept by fiesa systems due to the very high speed.
Many UK-supllied Storm Shadow cruise missiles intercepted
When the peninsula voted to reunite with Russia in 2014, the vessel temporarily came under the control of the Russian fleet. However, it was later returned to Ukraine and towed to Odessa, where it received its latest name in 2016.
In its report, the Russian Defense Ministry also claimed that Ukraine had lost 200 soldiers in the Donetsk area, as well as three armored and 12 transport vehicles, one artillery piece, and two multiple launch rocket systems.
In the past 24 hours, Russian air defense systems intercepted 12 missiles launched from US-made High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), as well as one UK-supplied long-range Storm Shadow missile, the ministry added.
On may, 28 the Air defence have intercepted three Storm Shadow cruise missiles and 13 HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system projectiles.
In the previous days the Russian Armed Forces launched a strike by high-precision long-range sea-based weapons against the enemy’s stations and training centres, as well as depots storing ammunition, weapons, among which the dangerous one in the city of Khmelnitsky which had stored the UK-supplied Depleted Uranium ammo.
Ukrainian ‘terrorist’ attack thwarted
Russian forces have repelled an attempt by Ukraine to carry out “a terrorist act” against a settlement in Belgorod Region close to the border, the defense ministry has said.
The Russian military, together with border guards and other units of the Federal Security Service (FSB), “thwarted a new attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist act against the civilian population of the town of Shebekino,” the ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
At around 3am Moscow time, two Ukrainian motorized infantry companies, reinforced by tanks, tried to cross into Russia near the settlement of Novaya Tavolzhanka and the Shebekino border checkpoint, according to the statement. The attempted incursion followed intensive shelling of the area from the Ukrainian side of the border, it added.
In Kupyansk direction, aviation and artillery of the Zapad Group of Forces inflicted fire damage on the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) close to Timkovka and Berestovoye (Kharkov region), and Stelmakhovka (Lugansk People’s Republic).
Moreover, 17 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down close to Ploshchanka, Kuzemovka, Makeyevka (Lugansk People’s Republic), Tonenkoye and Georgiyevka (Donetsk People’s Republic).
In total, 430 airplanes and 235 helicopters, 4,407 unmanned aerial vehicles, 424 air defence missile systems, 9,352 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 1,105 combat vehicles equipped with MRLS, 4,954 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 10,587 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.
