It should be remembered that the Microsoft tycoon, through his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), was one of the main financiers of the multinational management company McKinsey which reorganized and replaced the managerial cadres of the World Health Organization but also of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA, the American civilian counterintelligence), and the National Security Agency (the military one).

As we saw earlier Stoltenberg will soon leave his post at NATO, Norges Bank (Noregs Bank), Norway’s central bank, which also manages Norway’s government pension fund and the bank’s foreign exchange reserves.
