A few days ago, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton earned credit for being one of the first magistrates in the entire West to open a formal investigation into the damage caused by Covid vaccines.
Not only that: he had also announced his intention to investigate the dangerous experiments with the Gain-of-Function viral enhancement technique made famous by Anthony Fauci’s research thanks to funding from the Obama-Biden administration and the Pentagon with which SARS- Cov-2 would have been created in the laboratory, according to the report of the US Senate Health Commission.
But that crucial investigation into the most disturbing aspects of the pandemic now risks aborting in the bud because Paxton has been subjected to an “impeachment” procedure by the Texas State House of Representatives and, therefore, will no longer be able to conduct this investigation.
US Prosecutor vs the Big Pharma Vaccines’ Damages still in the Saddle: Texas AG Paxton Acquitted
Following the impeachment, Paxton will be temporarily suspended from office pending a trial in the state Senate.
The story smells like intimidation in deference to Big Pharma such as Pfizer who have financed hundreds of US deputies and senators, even making a small contribution to Paxton’s own electoral campaign through the regular PAC procedure.
The Similar Case of Judge Zanda in Italy
The curious temporal coincidence of the impeachment vote that took place after the opening of an investigation into the efficacy and safety of vaccines brings to mind the Italian case of judge Susanna Zanda, subjected to disciplinary proceedings because she was accused of having supported the dangerousness of Covid mRNA genic serums in a sentence against a psychologist who did not want to get vaccinated.
The magistrate of the Civil Court of Florence has in fact rejected the suspension from work imposed by the Order of Doctors on the basis of extensive scientific documentation which also led him to forward the documents to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rome for a criminal investigation into the adverse reactions of vaccines and on vaccinated dead after inoculation of new drugs.
Subsequently, the Attorney General of the Court of Cassation in Rome, instead of taking an interest in the complaint, initiated disciplinary proceedings against the judge, accusing her of negligence and asking her to appoint a lawyer to defend herself.
However, it should be clarified that the two positions present significant differences both in terms of the type of assignment and the object of the dispute.
While the Italian magistrate has the power to judge thanks to an appointment following a public competition, the Attorney General of Texas, like all the others in the USA, was elected through popular elections following an electoral campaign of a political nature and was the subject of impeachment for alleged illegal affairs.
Therefore, the case of Dr. Zanza is even more serious as it is based on the contestation of her freedom of judgment in the context of a sentence sanctioned by the Italian Constitution.
Another similar case occurred in Argentina where a magistrate ended up under investigation for reporting the alleged presence of graphene oxide in the AstraZeneca messenger DNA gene serum.
Trump comes to Paxton’s defense
Paxton, a Republican lawyer close to Trump, was impeached by the Texas House of Representatives by 121 votes to 23. The impeachment is in response to unsubstantiated allegations of illegal activities.
The news was published in recent days with modest attention by the American media which, however, did not correlate the strange temporal coincidence between the opening of the investigation into the mRNA gene serums for Covid by American Big Pharma and the start of the impeachment…
This singular circumstance also brings to mind the recent firing of Tucker Carlson from Fox News which would have been covertly planned by the increasingly powerful American TV shareholder who is also one of the major speculators in Big Pharma.
Notably, the impeachment vote was “birpatisan” and therefore did not follow party guidance as both Republicans and Democrats expressed their support or opposition to Paxton’s impeachment.
The impeachment resolution will now go to the Texas Senate, where a trial will be held to determine if Paxton will be convicted.

Former President Donald Trump has taken to social media to criticize the impeachment and urged Republicans to fight it.
“Free Ken Paxton,” Trump posted on Truth Social, his social media platform. “Let them wait for the next election!”
A Republican Congressman: “Illegitimate Process”
Texas Senator Ted Cruz also criticized the impeachment proceedings against Attorney General Ken Paxton on social media.
“For the last nine years, Ken has been the strongest conservative AG in the country. Bar none,” Cruz wrote Saturday morning in a post on Twitter. “No attorney general has battled the abuses of the Biden admin more ferociously — and more effectively — than has Paxton.”
Despite the impeachment, Paxton still has allies in the Texas House, and some lawmakers have expressed doubts about the evidence used to move forward with the impeachment.
“Rep. John Smithee, who voted against the impeachment, questioned the legitimacy of the trial rather than defending Paxton himself,” wrote Sputnik, a site funded by the Russian government.
“We will have to defend not only the end result we achieve today and how we vote, but we will also have to defend the process by which this decision was made,” Smithee said. “For me, this trial is indefensible.”
The Texas Senate, led by Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, will serve as a juror in the upcoming trial. The outcome of the trial will determine whether Paxton is removed from office.
